Cantonese Minced Beef with Egg Over Rice (Wa Dan Oyok Fan). This is one of my favorite dishes of all time. I literally can live off of eating this stuff, and I would eat bowls and bowls of it when I had a faster metabolism. With my dad being Cantonese, I was able to try a myriade of wonderful Canto cuisine, but this vies with dim sum for the top spot. 2 eggs slightly beaten. 1/2 lb ground beef. 1 medium chopped yellow onion. 1 cup of frozen green peas. 2 tbsp of light soy sauce. 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce.
