Well if you have not already guessed from the title, I am going to give you guys some music suggestions. Follow my kitchen experiments, catastrophes and triumphs. Most Amazing Traditional Christmas Cake (The second best one ever). 18 October, 2012. I’m a little late this year with getting the Christmas Cake in the oven! Christmas Cake in October you ask! The ORIGINAL Domestic Goddess I must add! The recipe I use for my banana muffins is a slight modification of James Martin’s Banana Cake. Its very easy, no sifting required! And best of all, you can either make a cake or a batch of muffins without any alterations other than the tin you use and baking time.
