By Lynn. Passionate foodie - It's all about sharing. A warm soup on a winter’s day. June 5, 2015. A delicious hearty soup, a meal in a bowl, warm nourishing and nurturing. This is a soup I’m revisiting from last year, it is so delicious I can’t help making it over and over. 3 medium zucchini sliced. 2 medium carrots diced. 1 small fennel bulb sliced. 1 Spanish onion finely diced. 3 stalks celery finely sliced. 150g (small piece) pumpkin chopped. 1 tin chopped peeled tomatoes. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin.
