That's always a winner in my book! 3/4 lb. small red-skinned potatoes, halved, or quartered if large. 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, plus 1-1/2 Tbsp. leaves. 2 cloves garlic, smashed. Pinch red pepper flakes. Juice of 2 lemons (squeezed halves reserved). 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil. 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 tsp fresh thyme.

But on cold winter days, I absolutely love a grown-up grilled cheese. Start with a loaf of rye bread. Add a few pieces of good yellow cheddar (I use Boar's Head Vermont Yellow.).
