(It’s no fun being a poor, broke college student! I used the following recipe from Bon Appétit for the French fries:. Nonstick vegetable oil spray. 2 1/4 pounds russet potatoes, cut lengthwise into 3×1/3×1/3″ batons. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided. The recipe doesn’t call for this, but because I was afraid of burning them, I melted some butter first before throwing the butterscotch chips in the pan. Tuesday, October 8, 2013. The Cuteness that is Parisian carrots. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet in a pan. When fully melted add 2 minced cloves of garlic. add half the bag of carrots and cook for 5 minutes. season with salt and pepper and 1 tbsp of honey and .5 tbsp of sugar. and a quarter cup of water.
