By far the best Morel dish I've ever had (and actually one of the tastiest meals I've ever had). Traditional Morels (Cracker Coated). These are what I consider to be the most traditional way to cook Morels. VERY tasty, and simple to do. (Don't know what Morel's are? Take a look at this guide. Morel Mushrooms (about 3/4 a pound pictured). Crushed Crackers (I use Ritz). 1 Stick of butter. Salt and Pepper to taste. Coat the Morels with the mixed eggs. Dredge the Morels in the cracker mixture.
