FODMAP Diet for life? Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Inhaling naughty food . Well, day 10 and I have had take aways twice. Opps. A Big Mac Combo on Saturday night (which I am still paying for with slight tummy pain and not quite functioning properly) and Hell Pizza. And only when I am writing it on here! FODMAP Diet for life? Friday, September 24, 2010. Fallen off the wagon. Well, what a week. I have well and truly fallen off the wagon and got hurt. Due to work stress (that is a way to politely put it) I have drunk at least a bottle of wine a night (very good to help one sleep) and eaten god knows what else. (Big Mac combo included). I don’t know what was in it, but this is how I make it. The flavours of the dressing are also slightly inspired by a recipe for ‘Summertime Dip’ Mae by my mum’s friend Linda.
