Swiss Food Science Meeting (SFSM). Organised is the SFSM by a committee with members from the Swiss Society for Food Chemistry SSFC and the Association of Swiss Cantonal Chemists ASCC. The first SFSM was held in 2013 followed by a meeting in 2015. The next is 2017. The place of the meeting is the University of Neuchâtel (Aula des jeunes Rives). A picturesque place by the lake of Neuchâtel, situated at the french-german language border. The organising committee hopes to see you in Neuchâtel!
