It is full of Omega-3, a good fat and less likely to be contaminated with Mercury, etc. 3 individual wild Alaskan Sockeye salmon fillets (one per person). Hawaiian Recipes...

Esther's Kitchen and Garden: Homemade Vanilla Extract
http://estherskitchen.blogspot.com/2012/10/homemade-vanilla-extract.html
Tuesday, October 23, 2012. My mom sent me vanilla beans so I could make my own vanilla extract. I found a very easy recipe here. So today, I made vanilla extract. 1 bottle of 80 proof vodka (I do not think it has to be the really good stuff). All this extract will surely come in handy for cookie making season.i.e. Christmas! Esther's Kitchen and Garden: December 2011
http://estherskitchen.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 1, 2011. My husband and I love mushrooms! Usually, we eat the ever available white mushrooms simply sauteed in a little olive oil. But when the mushrooms are large, I make stuffed mushrooms. To make things easy and to not heat up the whole place with the big oven, I cook these little delectables in the toaster oven. Recipe (can be doubled):. 1 8 oz package of large white mushrooms, rinsed and dried well. 1/4 cup of sweet onions, minced. 1 clove garlic minced. 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs.
