Arugula Salad with Goat Cheese. What beats using leftovers from last night’s dinner for todays brunch? After reading a recipe for spaghetti and meatballs in the New York Times Magazine I couldn’t help but want to make my own for dinner. I knew I was having friends over for dinner so it seemed like the perfect meal for a friday night; quick, easy, cheap and a favorite to many. When I went to the green market I couldn’t find fresh spaghetti anywhere, “uh no! 16 Manhattan Ave #1G. Brooklyn, NY 11206.

Collaboration, sponsorship and co-branding make Foodstalk events possible. Keeping the overhead for events low is necessary. We do not aim to generate profit from the events, but revenue is a must to cover the cost of speakers, food and space. The concept behind Foodstalk events is simple: keep it short and sweet, engage audience members with the makers of the food theyâ re eating and make it fun! 16 Manhattan Ave #1G. Brooklyn, NY 11206. Foodstalk

http://www.foodstalk.org/campaigns.php

Our first campaign comes straight from Foodstalk founder, Tyler Mintz’s heart. The campaign works both as a narrative or as single posters on its own. Too often the case, people think their behaviors alone can’t make possitive change for their community, city, state, country or universe. The truth? Watch how you can make a difference! This animation tells the story of two apples; one from New Zealand and the other from Hudson Valley, New York. Food from a farmers market travles 50 miles on average.
