Ah, how about some baked stuffed Zucchini. This idea came from the lunch I had the other day courtesy of my colleague’s husband. He made this stuffed zucchini with marinara sauce and it was delicious! I liked it so much that I created my version. 1/2 pound Italian or hot sausage or you can do half and half. 2 cloves of garlic minced.

You wonder why? 2 cans of Pillsbury Can Buttermilk Biscuits. 1/2 cup white sugar. 1 tsp ground cinnamon (I usually add more because I like cinnamon). 3/4 of a stick of butter. 1/2 cup brown sugar. Tip: You can also dust it with powder sugar or if you have an extra butter mixture drizzle it on top before serving.
