Thursday, August 30, 2012. So for my birthday, Scott planned a fun surprise. He got tickets to the murder mystery dinner theater on the Heber Creeper Train! It was a ton of fun! Our beloved neurologist talked about our family and the power of persistent parents at the rare disease symposium. Seeing lila's MRI on the screen brought back a lot of emotions. One of the fun activities we did was to go on a helicopter ride. It was so cool to see the island from the air. Despite getting terribly sick it was a really amazing. Swimming at Queens bath. Riding bikes and mini golf with the sullengers. Heidi and Michelle. Michelle was our personal chef. I know pretty amazing right?

Sunday, May 4, 2008. To celebrate Peter's long awaited home-coming from Dallas, we decided to take a little trip to California. The weather was perfect. We rented a convertible Mustang and enjoyed driving around along the coast and going to the beach. It was so fun and relaxing. Peter and I bought some kites to fly at the beach.
