Your Cart is Empty. WHY DO I NEED TO TRAIN FOR TREKKING? HOW DO YOU TRAIN FOR TREKKING? WHEN SHOULD I START TRAINING MY TREK? WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED? The programs uses very basic equipment that can be found in any gym. If you plan to carry out the training at home you’ll need a solid step or a bench (about 40-50cm high), dumbbells, rubber barbell plate. We also recommend a timer (stopwatch or phone to time your sessions), Heart Rate Monitor (for aerobic sessions) and a backpack. WHAT PROGRAM IS FOR ME?
