I am not an early morning runner. Maybe one day, but not right now. Maybe make that a goal after I finish up this half. Had the rest of that Salmon Mac n Cheese for lunch, and decided it isn’t going to happen anymore while I’m training. Been giving me bad acid reflux, so no more!
