Sunday, February 22, 2009. Hard work pays off! Yes, it has been another busy week here at the Murdock house. Between Violin, Piano, Cello, Scouts, TaVaci (singing group), Karate, Activity Days, Homework, Young Mens, Primary, Work, trying to cook and clean, and my new foot zoning adventure, we seem to fill all the time each day. Some days I wonder why? Why do we get involved in so much? Why do teachers send home so much homework, and why does Tyler drag it out so it takes 3 times as long? One of Jacob's b...

Sunday, September 20, 2009. First Day of School-2009. School didn't start until August 31st this year, which means we won't get out until June. I can hardly believe all my kids are in school, they are growing up so fast! I thought having them all in school would mean I would have a little time to myself, but it hasn't quite happened yet! Jacob is in the third grade! Tyler entered Box Elder Middle School this year and is in the 8th grade. WOW, can he be that old? Monday, September 14, 2009. I still plan t...

Thursday, January 1, 2009. Our Christmas Eve Traditions! Christmas Eve is one of my very favorite nights of the entire year! I think for a few reasons, first because I have such wonderful memories of Christmas Eve as a child, second because it is so fun to see the kids so excited and last but definitely not least, because we focus so much that night of our Savior's birth and the true meaning of Christmas! A few of our Christmas Eve traditions. The kids opening pajamas. He ended up being the picture taker!

Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Little slow.but finally my Christmas post! We had a great Christmas (a whole month ago) and wanted to share a few of our cute pictures. We love acting out the Nativity Story every Christmas Eve, I think it is one of our best traditions. The kids love looking for things to dress up in and you all know how much my kids like to perform! Mark always calls for the Narrator, and no one ever fights him for it. Kaden wanted to be a wise man and even made his very own crown! Kaden was...

Thought we would share some of our fun pictures from our last few days adventure. It is so beautiful here! The kids jumped off the boat in Emerald Bay!

Sunday, November 7, 2010. May 5th was our 15th anniversary. I was completely in shock when 5 dozen tulips were delivered to our home. The card read, "Since I couldn't get you to Holland this year, I thought I would bring a little Holland to you" Love, Mark. Wow, what an amazing surprise. Tulips are my favorite and it was so fun to have them decorating our whole house. Just different angles of the amazingly beautiful flowers. Thank you Mark for being so thoughtful. It was a fabulous surprise.

Sunday, July 12, 2009. I thought it would be a great idea to blog about our family reunions, but since I forgot the camera at both reunions (at least I am consistent, right! This will be a picture free blog. According to Madison blogs without pictures are no fun. So with that being said, I will make this short so to not bore my readers, especially my daughter! Thanks for all your hard work Nate and Sarah! It is our turn next year, wonder where and what we will be doing.☺. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Sunday, February 28, 2010. Love of the Game! Jacob has a love for the game of Basketball. He, at this point in his life, plans on playing for the NBA. Jacob just finished junior jazz a few weeks ago to his dismay, and is already looking forward to his summer basketball workshop. His team had some of his best friends on it, which made it an even better season. They were a great team! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Underworld: Next Generation (2016).
