I've long been addicted to just surfing the Internet and following whatever link caught my eye. But with StumbleUpon I've become a lean, mean surfing machine. Now I get recommendations on sites I would never have known about before with simply the click of a button. And because the sites it takes me to are recommended when people "vote" for them, I feel like I'm seeing only the best of the best.
