Yes, I understand that adding cheese here or broccoli there changes the name of the dish, but holy crap, it’s the same dish with a new dress! How to survive at the Caf at OC. March 12, 2013. Is that meat still moving? To those who have little problem eating all types of meat, this is a massive problem. The only form of Pork that is safe to eat is the Bacon. In no way, shape, or form, saying that I dislike bacon. The Caf’s is either made del carbon. They wouldn’t. Catfish is all right if cooked correctly, but rarely is. And Cod is fairly tasteless unless you douse it in Tartar sauce or ketchup, at lest with the way the Caf makes it.

Pay close attention, here is a golden rule of eating at the Caf: Ranch covers a multitude of sins. I’m not talking about baptizing people in salad dressing, but many of the worst flavors (or lack of any flavor at all) can be covered by a small line of ranch, which is what I put on the sauce to make it tasty.
