Since 2011, Vancouverites have flocked to Commercial Drive each April for the Annual Earth Day Celebration, March and Festival! We hope to see you there! Join Windermere High School’s Youth for Climate Justice Now as we carry on this fun, family-friendly tradition by coming together to celebrate the planet. Skip to main content. Join Windermere High School’s Youth for Climate Justice Now, as we carry on the tradition of celebrating Earth Day in Vancouver! Last year's event happened at 1PM on Sunday, April 24th 2016! The parade began at Commercial and Broadway at 1PM. And the festival continued at Grandview Park 2:00 to 5:00 pm. See the list of performers. At the bottom of this page. As always, the event is family friendly, and youth from the across the Lower Mainland are welcome and encouraged to come.
