4 days. Almost made it. October 5, 2014. Made it to the end of day 4 and crapped out. Half a chicken sandwich, 3 chicken fries and snack pack of oreos. Comes to 560 cals. I need to stay positive though so I don’t just give up. It was almost successful, my body just needed a break… I need to keep telling myself that…. This morning the scale said 143. Fasting: 1 day down, 4 to go. October 2, 2014. The only calories I had yesterday was from the swallow of mountain dew I had while taking some medicine. So yesterday was a very good day. I couldn’t sleep last night… guess if I’m not complaining about too much sleep it’ll be not enough sleep. I woke at 5 am.
