Information about our Community. FRHOA Fails to Attract Required Attendance. August 3, 2008. On July 29th there was supposed to be an annual meeting of the Forest Ridge HOA. Planned for this meeting was the election to seat all 7 sanctioned openings on the HOA Board. Regrettably, the required minimum attendance by 40% of the Homeowners was not achieved and the meeting could not proceed. The board will announce another meeting date to occur sometime in September. These areas are becoming an increasing focus in education as jobs need these skills more and more. (For more information check out Ed.org/stem.).
