In all the hurriedness to get ready for kindergarden we totally spaced out the worst part! We had to go get them today. Well actally Sydnee did. There was nothing I could do to help her other than just hold her. Very tight and tell her it will all be ok. She was told she had to get four at first. Friday, March 14, 2014. Preschool Field Trip: Fire Station. Grant got to go on a preschool field trip to the fire station in January. He has the cutest little class (missing one girl who was sick that day) and they were all so excited for their field trip. I tagged along because I knew Miles would want to go and I wasn't sure if Grant would freak out or not (sometimes ambulances and firetrucks scare him. perhaps a little PTSD? Glad he can do stuff like this now. Its so amazing! What a cute little class!

We stopped at a wonderful camp stop off the side of the road for a rest and found our first beautiful scene in South Dakota. Mount Rushmore was awe inspiring. I love this picutre of the kids taking in the whole thing. Crazy Horse was another great stop. It's just as amazing as Mt. Rushmore. Wednesday, July 1, 2009.
