Using Smitten Kitchen's all butter pie crust. Although I am inept at crust-making, and therefore ended up with pockets of overcooked and chewy crust in some places, homemade pie is homemade pie, and with a little ice cream it's hard for me to be critical. The other day I also tried a sour cherry pie with a cream cheese crust.
