One Moment at a Time. October 14, 2014. Sophia turned the big 8 this year. She has been so excited for this birthday, like planning it for a year now. I hope it met her expectations. A table of gifts is hard to ignore. Grandpa brought her a bag of tomatoes for her big day. She LOVES tomatoes and was very possessive of them. No one else could even think of eating her tomatoes. One Moment at a Time. June 8, 2013. Weigh in Week 1–June 7. So, I either stayed the same or GAINED a pound. EEK! I know that I didn’t do as good as I needed to with water intake and I’m going to up my cardio to 5 days a week. I have finished my squat challenge, but am going to continue doing 100 a day. One Moment at a Time. June 16, 2013. I don’t know what is going on! I worked harder, drank more water, was feeling really great this week. Then I weighed myself. I’ve gained MORE weight! I’m not even going to put my numbers down for this week. Then I went to DI today. I tried to try on some pants. It’s like a week after having the baby. Saturday, October 8, 2011. I am trying really hard today to stay positive, but keep being dragged into pity party mode. I really did not want to spend our 12th anniversary sitting in a room at the Huntsman Cancer Hospital. We miss our kids and we want to go home. Everyone is entitled to a pity party every once in a while. Now go down to that vending machine, pick out your favorite candy (or two) and plop yourself in front of your favorite show on that little hospital tv that is dangling from the wall.
