Monday, October 27, 2008. So after writing the script for my ultimate frisbee unit (based upon what I said in the actual lesson) I have discovered that I enjoy using the word "alright" in about every sentence! By reviewing the lesson I was able to complete a Feedback Analysis Form. Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Great Book on the Beneficial Effects of Exercise. I am reading a great book on exercise and the effects it has on the body and mind called. By John Ratey. The beginning chapters are discussing the effects of exercise on students in the morning before classes begin in a program called "Zero Hour PE".
