Rompin' Around in our Boots. Sunday, February 18, 2018. Picked up these fun glasses at Home Depot to check out the lights on Main Street in Grapevine. The girls LOVED the Whoville Dr. Seuss part. Complete with fake "snow". It was actually soap suds but was still magical! They sat and watched these singing, talking snowmen for a while. Even made a couple new friends laughing together. He wanted to run around. Being held was torture. My Christmas present arrived a few days early, just in time for our party!

Rompin' Around in our Boots. Sunday, September 21, 2014. Myka's school had a Fall festival open house last week. She had been talking about it all week because Daddy was coming to see it! It was really cold and rainy that day so they didn't have the bounce houses, but Myka was just as happy to look at the learning labs and show us her classroom. She threw a tantrum when we left and told us to go back to school. You think she likes school, just a little? Thank you for our mommies. Thank you for our daddies.

Rompin' Around in our Boots. Sunday, August 24, 2014. Myka starts Preschool and My Roller Coaster called Motherhood. It's really more like a mother's day out (3 hrs Tuesday/Thursday), but they do art activities, bible story, learning games and the best part.they promote potty training, making all the kids sit on the toilet and wash their hands after. Maybe she'll be more motivated to learn from someone else. Why, might you ask, did I feel the need to put my almost 2 1/2 yr old in school already? Of play ...

Rompin' Around in our Boots. Sunday, April 26, 2015. This spring we have gotten a ton of rain, which was very needed. I think most of our lakes are back to normal or within a normal range - great news! When the sun is out, we have lots of green and great weather. We have taken advantage! Here are some things we have been doing (sorry, this is one of those catch up posts with tons of pictures):. Swinging in the backyard. Myka has gotten really good at pushing Sage. I enjoy being able to sit and watch.

Rompin' Around in our Boots. Sunday, July 19, 2015. I got the girls to take a break from throwing the wet sand for a picture. These two have a love/tease relationship. They either get along really well, or tease each other to tears. A wave came up and surprised them during pictures. Myka prefers giving rather than receiving the wet sand baths. Monday, May 17, 2010. Aunt Nanny and Grandpa decided to try a new do. it didn't stick. Aunt Carissa tried to pack Blaine up and ship him to Charlotte. At our new home in Charlotte, Blaine loves to play in Gus' dog water. Ben gets mad at him everytime; I think there could be worse things. First time in a swing. He loved it for about three minutes. Livin' and lovin' one day at a time. Thursday, June 23, 2011. Last weekend was Megan and Danny’s wedding in Newport Beach and it was PERFECT! I don’t think I have ever been to a wedding where every single aspect was flawless! The weather (will someone please tell me why we live in Texas? The dress, the decorations, the bridesmaids (not that I am biased), and the location were all in ideal condition for an ideal couple. The ceremony took place at the Newport Beach Temple which is absolutely beautiful.
