English Rose in Texas. Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Is in awe at how fast time flies. I have 5 weeks until I leave for training and my parents are here for two of them. I am starting to freak out just a little bit. I have one more week left at work, I am so relieved to be able to have some time off before I leave to get things in order. Aren't they beautiful. I am in love! I was tempted to get red ones (Footloose anyone? But decided the bright colours on these are more me! View my complete profile.

English Rose in Texas: April 2012
http://englishroseintexas.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
English Rose in Texas. Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Here we go again. This week marks the two year anniversary of us moving to Texas, funny how this whole week I will be packing up all of our belongings, ready for when B moves in August. I leave next week for Oklahoma, followed a week later by B who finally got his orders today to go for training near Boston (I'm jealous Boston is way cooler than Oklahoma). I need to sleep now, my packing logic is absent at this time of the night so I am doing no good!

English Rose in Texas: July 2011
http://englishroseintexas.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
English Rose in Texas. Sunday, July 24, 2011. A" is for Austin. So yesterday we started our first letter in our alphabet adventure challenge. We decided to start with something free and easy, which was Austin. We haven't explored too much of downtown yet so we thought it would be a good idea (especially since we have decided to move next summer and won't be in Texas as long as we originally thought). I took in the beauty of the Frost Bank building like I do everytime I see it. We then headed to SoCo.

English Rose in Texas: September 2011
http://englishroseintexas.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
English Rose in Texas. Saturday, September 24, 2011. B" is for the Beach! So we decided to do a half day trip to Port Aransas, TX on labour day. I loved it. So many people told me how Texas beaches weren't great at all, I guess they might not be unless you grew up swimming in the north sea. I loved it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). English Rose in Texas: Valentines day
http://englishroseintexas.blogspot.com/2012/02/valentines-day.html
English Rose in Texas. Thursday, February 16, 2012. We planned to celebrate Valentine's day at the weekend, because I worked til 5 and after work. I really don't feel like doing a thing. After my training at 6 am I came home and decided to make chocolate covered strawberries, dipped in nuts and coconut. But B suprised me with dinner. YES! He made dinner, he rarely ever makes dinner so it was really great of him. He made steak, baby potatoes and asparagus. It was SUPER! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

English Rose in Texas. Wednesday, March 28, 2012. So the parents left today, after two hectic, fun filled weeks. Here is a little bit of what we did. We roamed SoCo and ate at Homeslice! We took in the beauty of Downtown Austin! We enjoyed some Texas BBQ and frozen sangria at The Salt Lick. FUNNIEST thing I have seen in a long time. It was good to ...

English Rose in Texas: June 2011
http://englishroseintexas.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
English Rose in Texas. Friday, June 17, 2011. He is the sweetest 11 year old boy I have ever met. I really can't explain why I am so in love with this child. He was the happiest little man and such a gentleman, pulling out my chair for me and holding back tree branches so they didn't hit me in my face. So whilst I was googling the orphanage where Peterson lives, I came across. What does sacrifice look like? Esaie is one of these people. Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Http:/ www.mohhaiti.org/blog.
