Monday, January 7, 2013. This is my year! WEll, I am officially back to work after 2 weeks of holidays. I've gained, I'm sure like most people. I gained more than I would have liked though. However, I ate terribly and I knew it the whole time. However, I continued to work out, just not at my regular pace. It's Monday and I am now back at it for serious- tracking and exercising. Eating has been mostly on track and I have been keeping up with the exercise at 4-5 days per week. I won't make my hope of 15 lbs by the end of November, but I will get close and I want to get as close as possible. A friend of mine made a Weight Loss support group on Facebook and it has been really fun. Kind of like blogging! Posted by Thin Lizzy.

Tuesday, August 28, 2012. The past week has found me feeling very low and somewhat depressed. I think a big part of that feeling is how I let myself slip all the way back to where I was. Back to the 200s. I wasn't happy then and the food didn't make me happy either. I'm feeling just. bleck! About myself. My clothes aren't fitting properly or I can't wear my newer clothes. Sunday, September 25, 2011. So far, I am enjoying the Weight Watchers program. It is hard to get used to counting points instead of calories, but I am learning. Having the website and the iPhone app really makes a difference for me. My fridge was looking mighty bare, so I went grocery shopping this morning. I rode my bike about 15 minutes to the store and another 15 back home. It is a little windy here today, so it definitely got my heart rate up! Low Fat Sour Cream. Fat Free Strawberry Greek Yogurt.

Monday, November 5, 2012. I think this is the last week? Fit and Fabulous Fall Challenge. Week 7 Mini Challenge:. Challenge Yourself to try a new activity/push yourself harder in your current activity. I have been challenging myself by going to the gym 5 days a week for the last 2 or 3 weeks. This week, I was there for an hour each day- mostly on the elliptical or the arc trainer. I love those things. I will burn between 500 and 700 calories per workout. Or drop 7 lbs in their first week of diet/exercise?
