Another Friday night alone. Pretending to be a food journalist. You see, i’m not a coffee person. Somehow, i have this urge to check out the every-now-and-then mushrooming independent cafes around this little island. On some weekdays when i’m not well enough to go into the office. I will carry my LX-5 for picture taking, iPhone 4 to navigate, and of course wallet to pay for the food and drinks. That is fun when the sun is out shining, off peak on the weekday, travelling on the train and bus is a bliss.

Another evening alone →. A week before travelling. Anticipation before a trip to a whole new city is indeed exciting. We found out that the city outskirts are flooded though. So there is this stress whether to go ahead or cancel the trip. I have prepare a list to cover eat, shop and see. Meanwhile, we just have to pray for guidance and recover from this flu. Monthly Archives: August 2011. Shopping and tea on my own. I am so used to being alone. Since i emigrated during teens. Moved away from a bunch of familliar friends. Not that i was allowed to hang out with them on my own too often. Since then, i am used to being on my own. In any decision that i make. Be it the course to take in university, club to join, clothing style. Even though i have siblings near my age. Not close to them spiritually. I can’t seem to make friends easily. I have to patronise them.

Monthly Archives: April 2011. Before u knew it. It’s mid April already! It felt like New Year celebration was only yesterday. What have I done? Not much at all really . All I know is , I’m missing my family and wanna see them sooner. Travel bug is biting me hard too. But stuck with little cash this year … could only wait. Oh well , no complain, this year have been peaceful for me. On the other hand, Please pray for ppl struck by natural disaster that they will be able to settle down sooner.
