Half a head of cabbage. 4 stalks of celery. 1lb bag of carrots. Half of a rotisserie chicken including the bones. Season to taste. I used a bit of Montreal steak spice in mine. Chop everything into small pieces. I sauteed everything then threw it into the crockpot for 5 hours. Labels: cabbage soup diet. Dinner at Congee Queen. Sweet and sour pork.
