Is your domain name available? Having hung my Triatlon kit up a few years ago I never really imagined I'd be stupid enough to do any running events. Alas, how wrong was I? On October 18th 2009 I am going to run the Cardiff Half Marathon in memory of my Dad, John Armour. I've been puffed in by a good friend, Martin Gibbs, who's a very good runner and he did the Cardiff Half Marathon last year. I'm very pleased to say he's my first sponsor for this event. I couldn't put it down! As a young boy writing was always part of my life and I used to love doing essays at school. My mother bought me a Brother typewriter when I was 10 years old. I wish I had kept some of my early attempts! Supposedly everyone has a book inside them and it was only through practice that I managed to drag mine out screaming! I began "The Habit" in 1998 when I was still working in the City. It is my 1st book and it took 4 long years to finish. I still can't believe it.
