Friday, January 23, 2009. The Loupes Have Arrived! Thanks to the incredible generosity of several family members we were finally able to purchase some much-needed surgical equipment for Jonathan. Loupes are specially designed and fitted glasses that have magnifying lenses within the frames, which are a great help if you're a surgeon who specializes in operating on small things (like ears and noses).
