It’s definitely the season for garden parties and potlucks. Lots of great fresh veggies and the like make for some amazing feasts. I can’t wait until our CSA share starts this weekend. I am salivating at all the fresh greens that are coming our way. I started off with a locally raised 4lb pork shoulder roast from Cresset Farm. 2 tbl smoked paprika.
