For the better ozzy. As of Spring of 2013 I have been diagnosed with PTSD with intrusive thoughts and anxiety disorder. It is my hope that everyone could set aside their pride, denial, or day planner and take a moment to look inward. That we help ourselves, if we can, and help each other. The spectrum of mental health is vast and affects thousands of people in different ways for myriads of reasons. I deeply respect anyone struggling with mental health.
