About the Trinity Trails:. The Trinity Trails are a system of trails along or near the Trinity River in Fort Worth, Texas. There are over 40 miles of trails along the Trinity River and its tributaries for walking, running, cycling or on horseback. The trail networks connects with 21 parks, the Fort Worth Botanic Garden and Japanese Garden, Log Cabin Village, Fort Worth Zoo, the historic Stockyards and downtown Fort Worth. Streams and Valleys, Inc. Tarrant Regional Water District.

Temporary nighttime closures of Trinity Trails have started. The new Chisholm Trail Parkway (NTTA Toll Road) will cross the Trinity Trails (and River) between Hulen and Bryant Irvin. KERA has a great story on the progress in connecting Fort Worth's Trinity Trails to downtown Dallas with trails along the Trinity River making a 64 mile bike superhighway.
