The life and times of. Wednesday, October 31, 2007. Florence - 3 - 6 October. Early october I went to Florence for a special occasion. FC Groningen, the club I support, was playing Fiorentina for the Uefa Cup! The home game was 1-1, so we still had a chance of going through to the next stage. After the match we had to wait for almost an hour in the stadium to get, terrible! Finally at about 2.30 am on thursday night I could go to bed after being awake since 8am the wednesday before! The life and times of. Monday, June 9, 2008. Euro 2008.finally it started! Me and my dad made countless of line-ups for the Dutch side and we were sick of it. Another thing I had to make was a fantasy team, which caused me headaches for days. Who to pick? Two days ago things finally got started and it's easy to fill my schedule now. Every day from 6pm till 11pm: Football! My predictions (hopes, well ok, then I would put Holland in the final. I just don't see us get far). Final: Portugal vs Spain.
