FAST membership is required to participate in the food pantry program. When: Every Saturday from 12:30-2 PM. Where: 1806 Boones Lick Road, Unit B, St. Charles, MO 63301. The FAST Food Pantry is available to:. Foster and Adoptive parents who are residents of St. Charles County with children under the age of (18) eighteen. Foster homes in which a St. Charles County foster child currently resides. Relative/Kinship/Foster families with active placements. FAST members on our parking lot no earlier than 12:30.

Membership is free. Our services are provided free of charge to our qualifying members. To become a qualified member; you need to be a foster-adoptive parent, or an active foster, kinship or relative licensed provider. You must have foster/adoptive children currently in your care (18 years of age or younger).
