I finished the 30 Day Shred. I’m definitely going to miss Jillian, Anita and Nat :’(. I have to say it was good money spent, she is amazing. Level 2 was by far the hardest level for me, Level 3 I found really interesting and high intensive! Level 1 was hard at the start but as I got into it I found it easy. Just keep going no matter what.
