South African Pumpkin Fritters. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 15 oz canned pumpkin. 2 large eggs, separated. 1 tbsp olive oil, divided. In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin with egg yolks. In another small bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Alternating in batches, add flour mixture and egg whites to pumpkin mixture, stirring after each addition.

Sep 7, 2009. My little boy turned 2 the beginning of August. People always say that time flies by, but you don't really understand that until you have kids. They are so right! We celebrated Foster's birthday with a construction zone theme at Cheer Texas. The party was a hit. The kids got to play in the bouncers, jump on the trampolines and jump into the foam pit.
