Sheena's Gold Award Project. How Can You Help. Check out the video above! My Goal is to collect 100. Find out how you can help me reach that goal HERE. Shoes collected so far. I taught the students at my local elementary school the difficulties that foster children face. I did a short presentation, which included my video and explained that even they could make a big difference by donating a pair of shoes or giving a holiday card to a foster child. And special thanks to Sleep Train.

Sheena's Gold Award Project. How Can You Help. Pleasanton/Dublin /Fremont Area Shoe Drop-off Locations. How can you help? What could you do to help build the confidence of a foster child? Donate a pair of shoes to your local barrel! I am working with Sleep Train to help with the collection. You could donate shoes to these barrels. It could be in any shoe size as a foster child is considered to be from the ages of 0-18 years old. The only requirement is that they should be new. 400 Old Bernal Avenue.

BLG's adventures in fostering Baltimore's needy canines. Tomorrow morning, I’ll be picking up my 18th foster. Her name is Mila and she’s 9 months old. She looks a lot like the dog photographed above. Already, Dogs XL had to take her listing off their website because she generated so much interest. So I feel especially lucky that they’re allowing me to foster her for 2 days to see if she might be a “foster fail” for me. Either way, I’m excited to meet her. She seems like a beautiful girl!
