To be eligible to participate in the Found in Translation program, you must be:. If you consider yourself a woman, so do we. 2) Fluent in English and another language. Not sure you're fluent? No problem. Our medical interpreting instructors will test your fluency. 3) Homeless, formerly homeless, and/or low income.
