Monday, April 27, 2009. Recipe Re-Cap and Review. My personality is to jump in with both feet when I get an idea or find something I like. So when I finally decided to try a recipe from the cookbook I had gotten two years earlier. Deceptively Delicious, I made almost every type of puree she described and have tried many of the recipes. Friday, January 29, 2010. Breaded bacon and cakes. Have you ever breaded your bacon? Oh man, it is good! I prefer cooking my bacon in the oven because it holds its shape and is less messy than on the stove top, in my opinion. I usually lightly dredge it in flour just to make sure it holds in more grease. But seriously, it is really good and we don't eat bacon that often so I don't feel bad about it. Monday, September 21, 2009. Kelly was able to get her face painted. Jonathan busted out some unknown photography skills and captured this great photo of the blue "Dome" seats we will all remember. Just like my Dad always told me of baseball games at the "Met Stadium" when he was young, we will tell our kids/grand kids of going to games at the "Dome.".
