4HB Rushfit - The Challenge. Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Day 2 - FINAL. Breakfast this morning was mince, eggs, lentils and spinach - super easy with spice to season AGG Blue Ice Royal gel. Coffee with cinnamon to taste (SCD= no milk). Had about 5 almonds and 3 brazil nuts also. Rushfit day 2 is Cardio so went swimming for 45 mins.
