The Journey is the Thing - Our travels in FMC #708. Tuesday, September 4, 2012. Day 37 - Petaluma, CA to Boulder Creek, CA. Once through the City, we headed over to Pacifica so we could cruise down the coast. We wanted to avoid the Highway 17 at rush hour crowds and driving along the coast extended our vacation. It was beautiful and we had Popeye's Fried Chicken for lunch in Half Moon Bay. The dogs were very glad to see us again and so, surprisingly, were Greg's mom and sister! It's good to be home!

On the Road Again! Monday, August 29, 2011. This is in contrast to my hometown of Santa Barbara which varies from 9:51 to 14:28 and currently 13:01 hours. When I am really aware of it is at sundown. In Santa Barbara in June the latest sunset is at 8:15pm while in Brookings it is at 8:57pm. The jet boats race on by. We did go on an RV outing to Winchester Bay RV Resort. Recently we finally made it back to one of our favorite "camping" spots, on the north bank of the Rogue River, at Four Seasons RV Resort.
