Sunday, March 24, 2013. This is a family favorite recipe. We have been making this recipe for about 15 years. It is simple, delicious, and has healthy vegetables. It is good anytime of year. It would be great for the upcoming Easter or Mother’s Day dinners. 2 cups miracle whip. 189; cup mayonnaise. 188; cup sugar. 2 Tbs red wine vinegar. 189; cup sunflower seeds (shelled, honey roasted). 189; lb. bacon (cooked and crumbled). This recipe makes quit a bit, it is very easy to cut in half. 1/2 cup sour cream.
