有別於一般戲劇團體的命名， 第四人稱表演域 相信 人 有無限創造的延展性，所以舉凡與 人 相關的議題都是創作焦點，且深信在劇場中，應該跳脫出既定的第一、二、三人稱，以一種 多重我 來省思和觀照，並深自期許，戲劇是融合各面向的表演，這裡是一塊充滿無限表演慾的跨人稱場域。 同時， 第四人稱表演域 希望提出第四種視角，也就是跳脫 學校、學生、家庭 之外，以一種更客觀更超然的觀點，並以戲劇演出的形式，呈現也探討青少年所面臨的問題與困境，在結合藝術與教育的前提下，創作不落俗套，並擺脫刻板印象的作品，期望能帶動國內青少年劇場的發展，成為青少年劇場之先聲。
