Don't pinch me if I'm dreaming. Monday, June 08, 2009. Well, I'm into Week 2 at my new job as staff accountant at Lindal North America. Lindal. It's going really well. I'm learning a lot about the company and I have great hopes for a long partnership at this company. I anticipate advancing professionally within the company structure. I also intend to resume my languages training from my college days. We have facilities in many different countries and I am intrigued by the possibilities.

Don't pinch me if I'm dreaming. Tuesday, January 15, 2008. After a strange winter "hiatus" that brought 62 degrees and sunshine, the snow has returned as a reminder that it is indeed still January. The natural order of the seasons has been restored and all is well with the world once again. It has been snowing steadily since yesterday morning. We aren't yet approaching the 48 inches for which Levi continually prays, but it's enough to require boots and to cause road hazards. Links to this post.

Saturday, June 11, 2011. Turning 10 means lots of things. You are finally allowed to mow the lawn like you have been wanting to for years! You can wear your Mother's outdoor shoes and they actually fit. You are still a kid but the expectations/responsibilities are changing. You enjoy playing with your baby dolls and that's okay because you are only 10. Being a Mother and taking care of babies sounds like so much fun. You can spend $1 and are very excited. Sarah Brooke is our 10 yr. old.

Monday, April 26, 2010. Then we arrived at Easley, S.C. to be with David's parents. The weather was beautiful and we were treated to a cookout. Food tastes so much better when cooked and eaten outside. Before the living galary event we had a little time to walk through the art museum there on campus. Ancient paintings from the 1600's. Saturday, April 9, 2011. My how time flies. I came across what we called Camerons take home outfit. This outfit was purchased back in the day when we shopped at Babies R Us. We had to have just the right outfit to bring him home in. Our precious first born is growing up, people! He is only 11 and is almost as tall as me. Wednesday, October 27, 2010. The car wash just down the road from us. We had 80 mph wind come through our town yesterday. David said this car wash had just been purchased after being vacant all summer. Wouldn't that be a bummer? Monday, August 25, 2008. Like a duck to water. This is a few pictures of my parents neighborhood. This is their street turned canal. Their house is up on the right. This is a picture heading the other way. Their house is the first one on the left. Heading out their gate. I saw a little BMW trying to leave and the water was up past the bottom of his doors. There is only supposed to be one body of water and that is the one on the far side, but now there is two bodies of water.barely. Then there was this!
