All Saturday morning I had to keep reminding myself that, when the race started, it was going to last 24 hours. A whole day. From 3:30 in the afternoon on Saturday to 3:30 in the afternoon on Sunday. I don't race, but I do get to drive my car at high rates of speed on tracks throughout the Northeast. I mean how else am I going to find out where my limits (and the limits of my car) are? He weaves her experiences behind the wheel with stories from off the track, proving that one definitely can have an effect on the other.

So, rather than looking back, here's my wishes and resolutions for 2012. That NASCAR finds a solution to the two-car draft and that the EFI is not a complete disaster.
