I had a great time at the workshop and learned some new information. The live shoot was fun but challenging shooting alongside 20 other people, especially with my 50 mm lens. Sunday, July 25, 2010. I celebrated my 35th birthday this past July 12th! Freddy and several of my friends did such an amazing job and I had the best bday bash ever! I had sooooo much fun! When Freddy asked what I wanted to do, I immediately responded with "the piano bar"! I LOVE piano bars! We won a free drink - sooo worth it! Melissa McIntosh Photo Blog. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. These were taken earlier this month at my aunt and uncle's house in Black Canyon City. This is my Aunt Nancy, my late Grandmother Julie's sister. I was tearing up behind the camera thinking about my Grandma and how she didn't get to meet my daughters. She passed away when I was 4 months pregnant with Lulu. Oh how she would have loved them! Melissa McIntosh Photo Blog. Wednesday, May 5, 2010. Look at that cute little tush. I submitted this photo for a contest to win a spot in this workshop. I didn't win but the photo did get a "like" mention and $100 off, so that was pretty cool. I recognized my friend Sarah's. Photo and she received a like mention too. So double win! This photo pretty much sums up what we've been up to around here. Spending lots of time outside playing while we can until the weather turns super hot here in the desert.

Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Fall is finally here! Yesterday's cool weather made me realize that fall is finally here! I was able to get home early from work and made a big pot of chili for dinner . . .yummm!
