But I have done my back in and am currently flat on my back on the couch, knees propped up on a pillow with a heat pack on my lower back. A massage. Well, the physio (three treatments already and counting) explained that the massage aggravated some long-standing problems with my back. So my back decided it was not going to cope any more.
