The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is a congressionally chartered, non-profit organization that represents the interests of the Sea Service community before the U.S. Congress. The Ozark Empire branch participates in patriotic events such as the Veteran’s Day Parade, the Memorial Celebration at the Springfield National Cemetery and local Fourth of July parades. We also sponsor Cub Scout Troop #694.
